Our programs offer women and youth access to quality financial education

to gain the knowledge to make informed financial choices. They also help women acquire the skills, social, and financial capital to develop and grow sustainable livelihood activities. Our programs focus on building knowledge, capacity, and confidence to establish a sustainable means of livelihood, access and use financial services, and prepare a secured financial future. We are empowering women and youth and lifting them out of poverty through the following programs:

LIFE-CHANGING EMPOWERMENT FOR 15 WIDOWS IN ABATETE

WealthyGen provided life-changing empowerment for fifteen (15) widows in Abatete, Nigeria by opening businesses for them and training them to earn their own income and become financially independent.

WEALTHYGEN OPENS BUSINESSES FOR WIDOWS IN OBUOFIA-AWGU

We are happy to share our 2021 story of economic empowerment as WealthyGen opened businesses for widows in Obuofia-Awgu in Enugu State Nigeria. WealthyGen stormed the community and empowered ten (10) widows with everything they need to start their businesses and earn income to take care of their children.

WealthyGen partners with Sitar Arts Center

WealthyGen has partnered with Sitar Arts Center to provide financial workshops for twenty-five (25) rising high school seniors in Washington, DC. As an official Washington, D.C. partner of the Bloomberg Arts Internship, Sitar Arts Center is hosting Summer Internship Financial Workshops and providing exciting new opportunities to D.C.’s next generation of creative professionals.

WealthyGen is happy to partner with Sitar Arts Center to implement these financial workshops.

WealthyGen has continued its partnership with the office of Prince George’s County Council member Mel Franklin to award cash scholarships to high school graduating seniors (“Innovation Scholars”) who attend school in Prince George’s County, who commit to majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields in a 4-year or 2- year or registered apprenticeship programs.
